Shipping Rates
We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:

Rates are applicable per order, not per item. Same Day Delivery is currently available in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad only.
Free Shipping
Great news — all orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Pakistan! The discount is applied automatically at checkout; no coupon code is required.
If you prefer a faster delivery method on a free-shipping-eligible order, you only pay the difference between the standard and upgraded shipping rate.
Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, we begin preparing it for dispatch:
- Standard orders: 1–2 business days processing time before handover to the courier.
- Custom & personalized orders: 3–5 business days processing time, as each piece is crafted to your exact specifications.
Please note that processing times are separate from delivery timelines. During peak seasons (Eid, Independence Day sales, etc.), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Order Tracking
Stay informed every step of the way. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via both email and SMS. You can use this number to track your package in real time through our courier partner's website or directly from your account dashboard.
If you do not receive a tracking notification within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first, and then reach out to our support team for assistance.
Delivery Areas
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Our courier partners cover all major cities and most remote areas. Key cities with the fastest delivery coverage include:

Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take an additional 2–3 business days beyond the standard timelines listed above. If you are unsure whether your area is covered, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Issues
We take great care in packaging every item, but if you experience any issues with your delivery, here is what to do:
- Damaged package: If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and the item, and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
- Delayed delivery: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking status first. If the status has not updated for more than 48 hours, contact our support team and we will investigate with the courier.
- Missing or lost package: In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the courier and either reship your order or issue a full refund once the investigation is complete.
